JOB OVERVIEW
- Lead the automation of the card production plant end-to-end including back-office support processes and function for business agility.
- Ensure software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications.
- Provide technology vision and leadership in the development, management, and implementation of an overarching ICT strategy.
- Coordinate all digital operations activity including integration of systems and roll out, resolution ticketing, order life-cycle management, helpdesk automation and enhancement.
- Plans and manages the IT environment, company's WAN, IP, Telecommunications systems, and equipment.
- Research, select, implement and maintain IT and card personalization or card manufacturing solutions and integrated with a variety of data sources.
- Organises the administration and maintenance of computer Systems in most economic and optimal manner.
- Directs solutions to functional and technical problems; troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
- Interact with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
- Builds and maintains client relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products and other IT supplies
- Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly, and all regulatory certifications secured promptly with zero tolerance to penalties.
- Seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations.
- Ensures appropriate staffing (shifts) and management of Electronic payplus IT technical team.
- Oversee the purchase and maintenance of internal hardware infrastructure for Electronic payplus staff.
- Responsible for translating sales proposals from the Business Development Unit into technical realities with sales order scheduling, process and progress reporting tools to support business generation.
- Lead, manage and develop the IT team to deliver all required digital transformation needs of the company.
- Work closely with the Executive Management Team to develop a robust technology strategy for the company.
- Manage and develop infrastructure for company's web and ecommerce assets, delivering continual performance improvement.
- Development, management and maintenance of in house developed web-based applications.
- Focus on meeting agreed deadlines, meticulous in planning and execution .
· Ensure a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project budget spend.
- Any other assignments as may be delegated by the Executive Director and the MD/CEO.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in design and development, high-level technical competence.
- BSc. or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or other relevant field with deep knowledge of MS .NET, C#, SQL Server, Web services and related technologies.
