Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer located in Lagos. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading the company's strategy, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing financial performance, developing business plans, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning and aligning company goals with market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Finance for effective financial performance management
• Expertise in Operations Management and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
• Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Experience in driving Sales growth and maintaining client relationships
• Strong Strategic Planning skills to align company goals with market opportunities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos
Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
