Job Summary:
An experienced Chemistry Teacher is required to teach IGCSE and WAEC Chemistry to senior students and ensure outstanding academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry at senior secondary level, including WAEC, NECO, and IGCSE syllabi.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality theoretical and practical lessons.
- Use simulations, lab experiments, and multimedia tools for teaching complex concepts.
- Track and assess student progress with a focus on external examination readiness.
- Prepare students for IGCSE Checkpoints, IGCSE, and local exams.
- Supervise lab activities, ensure safety standards, and manage chemical inventories.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./B.Ed. in Chemistry or related science discipline.
- 3–5 years experience teaching Chemistry at senior level.
- Proven success in preparing students for IGCSE (Cambridge) and WAEC/NECO.
- Familiarity with lab management and safety procedures.
- Strong classroom presence and effective communication skills.
