Job Title: Chef (Fine Dining)

Job Summary


  • We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen team in our fine dining restaurant.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, a refined palate, and a deep understanding of luxury dining standards.
  • You will be responsible for menu creation, ingredient sourcing, team management, and maintaining the highest level of food quality and presentation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and update innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant’s fine dining concept
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and teamwork
  • Monitor food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet the highest culinary standards
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new offerings and maintain guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Control food costs through efficient inventory management and portion control
  • Source premium ingredients and maintain relationships with trusted suppliers
  • Supervise kitchen cleaning, equipment maintenance, and waste reduction efforts
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, making improvements where necessary.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment
  • Formal culinary training or degree from a recognized culinary school
  • Exceptional knowledge of international cuisines, modern plating techniques, and ingredient pairings
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a high-paced kitchen
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.


Working Conditions


  • Long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Physical demands include standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
