Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at checkout.
- Scan and process items accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile transfer payments securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges when necessary.
- Balance the cash register and maintain accurate daily records.
- Keep the checkout area neat, organized, and stocked with bags, receipt paper, and other supplies.
- Assist customers with product information, promotions, and store policies.
- Monitor transactions to prevent errors, theft, or fraud.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage (but not compulsory – training will be provided).
- Good communication and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Polite, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Must live around Orchid Road, Lekki, or nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦65,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
