About The Project
We are implementing an Anticipatory Action (AA) project aimed at reducing the humanitarian impact of predicted flooding in selected communities of Fufore LGA, Adamawa State. The project leverages climate forecasts to deliver multipurpose cash transfers (MPC) to vulnerable households before disaster strikes, strengthening their preparedness and resilience.
Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified Cash and Livelihood Advisor to lead the technical design and implementation of MPC interventions and advise on livelihood protection strategies for flood-prone communities. The advisor will provide oversight, technical guidance, and quality assurance in the delivery of the cash component, ensuring that transfers are timely, appropriate, accountable, and aligned with the anticipatory action framework.
