The Role

As TACT’s Business/Operations Manager, you’ll drive day-to-day execution, improve internal systems, and support our marketing delivery. You’ll work closely with the Founder to streamline operations, shape business units, and align execution with strategy.
Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, marketing, and growth and understands how to scale a marketing company across diverse markets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline operations and improve workflows across teams and projects.
  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns, content, and client deliverables.
  • Support hiring and team performance, ensuring people have the tools to succeed.
  • Manage budgets, pricing, and partnerships to drive profitability and growth.



Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in operations, strategy, or consulting (preferably in marketing or creative industries).
  • Proven track record improving workflows and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Solid grasp of Africa’s marketing and branding landscape.
  • Strong budgeting, planning, and financial management skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like Asana, Google Sheets, and CRM/project platforms.
  • Experience managing clients, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working across multiple African markets.
  • Exposure to business model innovation, data, or research tech.
  • Background in digital media, influencer marketing, or growth strategy.
