Key Responsibilities
Auditing & Compliance
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and QSR operational protocols.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records, inventory management, or operational processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement process improvements based on audit findings.
Financial Support
- Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and variance analysis to monitor store performance.
- Monitor expenses, manage cost-control initiatives, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Support payroll processing, invoice reconciliation, and vendor payment tracking.
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment cycles, onboarding, and offboarding processes for store and corporate staff.
- Address employee relations inquiries, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning to address staffing gaps in alignment with business needs.
Business Operations Support
- Streamline administrative workflows, including document management, reporting, and interdepartmental communication.
- Partner with operations teams to resolve day-to-day challenges, such as scheduling conflicts, resource allocation, or compliance issues.
- Analyze operational data to generate insights on productivity, cost savings, and service quality.
- Support in Liaising with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of services (e.g., equipment maintenance, supplies).

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
