Job Title: Sales Strategist
Budget: N600,000 - N700,000 Gross

Job Summary
This individual contributor role merges dynamic sales strategy, new business development, and retail activities with comprehensive executive support to the Branch Manager. The selected candidate will drive branch growth, oversee retail and operational functions, manage supplier and vendor relations including verifications and negotiations and deliver high-level administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Source and cultivate new business opportunities aligned with branch objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and vendors. Oversee and participate in retail activities as needed to ensure outstanding client engagement and sales performance.
- Conduct supplier verification processes, organize and participate in vendor meetings, and foster long-term professional relationships.
- Lead and support negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal terms for the branch.
- Represent the branch in a polished, personable, and professional manner at external and internal functions.
- Prepare and deliver analytical reports, proposals, and business presentations. Support and monitor daily operational and retail workflows to assure efficiency and compliance.
- Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational, retail, and sales reports for management review.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of the Branch Manager.
- Maintain meticulous records of branch activities, including retail and vendor dealings. Uphold and promote a culture of professionalism and positive representation in all stakeholder interactions.Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales strategy, business development, retail operations, vendor management, or executive support.
- Proven ability to integrate operational oversight with outstanding client and vendor relationship management.
- Skilled in sales strategy, retail activities, supplier evaluation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Strong professional presence, polished appearance, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital communications.
- High standard of professionalism, integrity, and self-direction.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Branch Manager.
