Job Description/Requirements
Purificare, the cleaning and maintenance arm of Aston Luxury Group, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to lead operations, improve service delivery, and ensure the efficient functioning of our daily business activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, operational efficiency, and business development acumen, particularly within the cleaning and facility management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily cleaning and facility service operations across client locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage logistics, supplies, and workforce scheduling to ensure service delivery standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strategic Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion areas.
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFQs, and represent the company in client negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote brand visibility and service offerings.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning and facility staff.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor staff performance for productivity and professionalism.
- Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and profit margins.
- Ensure cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
- Prepare financial forecasts and performance reports for management.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to retain accounts and grow referrals.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and satisfaction assessments.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Submit monthly reports on team output, client retention, and revenue performance.
- Leverage data insights to optimize operations and inform business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in operations, business management, or facility/cleaning services.
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating multiple service locations.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project Management tools.
