Are you a proactive and driven individual with a knack for business development and fleet management? Our growing car rental and concierge service is looking for a Business / Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Acquisition & Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new vehicle owners willing to list their cars for our car rental service, offering them an attractive return on investment (ROI).
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Fleet Oversight: Ensure all cars under our care are properly maintained, documented, and operating efficiently.
- Customer Service & Booking Management: Oversee booking processes and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track fleet performance, ROI metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development, fleet management, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with partners and clients.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs.
- Familiarity with the Lagos transport terrain and car rental operations is a plus.
