Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, or attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to clients using solid arguments and product knowledge.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align on client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-ups. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with frequent field/client visits or virtual meetings.
- May involve travel depending on territory or account location.
