Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Business Executive who will be responsible for driving the growth of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves market research, client acquisition, product promotion, and supporting business strategy execution.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, or attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients using solid arguments and product knowledge.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to align on client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.


Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with frequent field/client visits or virtual meetings.
  • May involve travel depending on territory or account location.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate client schedules and deadlines.
