As we continue to expand our cultural footprint, we are looking for a Business Development & Cultural Partnerships Executive to drive collaborations, curate experiences, and position Whispers as a hub for premium cultural and artistic events.
This role is at the intersection ofbusiness development, cultural programming, and strategic partnerships, making it both commercially impactful and creatively fulfilling.
What You’ll Do
Drive Partnerships & Collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with embassies, art galleries, cultural institutions, NGOs, and artists.
- Explore collaboration opportunities for exhibitions, performances, and cultural activations hosted at Whispers.
Curate Cultural & Creative Events
- Develop and manage in-house cultural programming (art shows, spoken word, drama, music, food & culture nights).
- Work with internal teams to design immersive events that align with Whispers’ creative brand identity.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and secure partnerships that increase footfall, revenue, and brand visibility.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and sponsorships.
Brand Alignment & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to amplify cultural events and partnerships.
- Ensure events and collaborations reflect Whispers’ brand standards and creative direction.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, cultural programming, or events management
- Strong network in Abuja’s art, cultural, and diplomatic communities is a plus
- Proven ability to develop partnerships that deliver both commercial and cultural value
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Creativity and cultural curiosity, with a passion for hospitality and the arts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, or related fields preferred
- Must be based in Abuja

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
