We are a bespoke joinery and interiors company, and we're looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to help drive our sales growth and expand our client base.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities (developers, interior designers, architects).
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing.
Achieve and exceed set monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Represent the Juvante brand with professionalism and strategic insight.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in construction, interiors, or manufacturing.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of hitting targets.
A marketing-oriented mindset you know how to position and promote.
Confident communicator with great presentation skills.
Self-starter who’s hungry for results and not afraid to chase leads.
Compensation:
₦250,000 monthly base salary
Attractive commission structure
Please note: Base salary is tied to meeting monthly targets, targets are very achievable if you know what you're doing.
