Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our business by building strong relationships with new partners. The ideal candidate should be focused, communicate well, and think carefully when making decisions. They should also have experience in successfully carrying out business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire clients in various industries such as Fintech, banking, Health Tech, EdTech, and Telecom.
- Ability to negotiate and build business Deals with Government agencies is highly required.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to approach companies and sell our services.
- Lead business development efforts by discovering and analyzing new strategies to improve our services.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue for the company.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 -years + prior industry related business development experience, preferably in tech sales.
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Proven success in identifying and securing high-value business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience in the tech space is highly required.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide insights into new opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on market expansion.
