As we continue to grow, we're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our marketing team and drive strategic sales efforts across our property portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales department with clear targets and KPIs
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive property sales and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to scale company growth
  • Supervise marketing campaigns, real estate promotions, and digital lead generation efforts
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to management


Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate business development or sales (minimum of 3–5 years)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership experience in managing marketing or sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the Abuja real estate market and buyer behavior
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to closing deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
