Job Overview : We’re seeking ambitious Sales Managers to drive business client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll lead prospecting efforts, close deals, and shape the sales strategy to meet the needs of modern business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-value business leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Understand client needs and map them to the platform’s capabilities.
- Deliver tailored product pitches and demos to drive conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and report performance metrics. Collaborate with onboarding, success, and marketing teams for a unified client experience.
Experience
- 4–6 years in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably in digital platforms or fintech.
- Proven track record in Sales & Partnership
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close mid- to high-value deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to adapt messaging to varied industries. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is important
- Certifications such as CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing), CIMA, or relevant Sales/Business Development certificationsis not compulsory but will be an added advantage.
Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000
