About
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive/Business Development to support the Business in executing a growing portfolio of client engagement and outreach activities. This role requires a sharp, detail-oriented individual with a background in business development, operations, or sales, ideally with experience navigating both B2B and B2C environments for the sales of our digital health product. The successful candidate will provide both strategic and administrative support, ensuring timely follow-ups, efficient stakeholder coordination, and market intelligence that strengthens our outreach and growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the Business Development Lead’s calendar, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Draft and follow up on meeting notes, action points, and internal communications
- Prepare briefing materials, proposals, and presentations as needed
Operational Support
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, site visits, and events
- Assist in organizing activation campaigns, drills, and corporate demos
- Track the progress of client outreach plans and follow-up pipelines
Research & Intelligence
- Conduct research on prospective client companies, sectors, estates, and associations.
- Identify and profile Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), safety officers, estate managers, and other decision-makers
- Monitor industry trends to inform engagement strategies
Sales & Client Engagement Support
- Support the implementation of B2B and B2C business development plans
- Help compile and maintain CRM or outreach tracking tools
- Participate in field visits, client activations, and prospect meetings when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years experience in business development, client relations, or sales support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, real estate, or tech-based services is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is desirable
