The Business Developer is responsible for driving market expansion by identifying customer needs, exploring business opportunities, and supporting the establishment of regional home stores. The role involves market research, site selection, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of business development activities within assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Customer Development
- Identify and engage potential customers within the assigned region to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to understand customer needs and intentions
Regional Business Circle Development
- Explore and develop business circles within the region to expand market reach.
- Establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance product penetration.
Market Research & Site Selection
- Collect and analyze information on potential site locations within target business circles.
- Provide recommendations on optimal site selection for new business opportunities.
Home Store Construction Follow-up
- Support the setup and development of regional home stores by coordinating materials, logistics, and vendor activities.
- Monitor first-order execution and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
