Housing TV Africa is Africa’s first 24/7 television channel dedicated exclusively to housing, real estate, mortgages, property, and construction. As a leading voice in the built environment, we deliver breaking news, expert analysis, and in-depth reports that shape the future of housing in Africa.

We’re looking for a dynamic Broadcast Journalist with at least 4 years of experience to join our passionate team in Abuja. If you have a nose for news, a flair for storytelling, and a strong interest in the housing and real estate sector we want to hear from you.

As a Broadcast Journalist, you will:

• Research, write, and report on housing and real estate news stories
• Conduct on-camera interviews with industry experts, stakeholders, and policymakers
• Present current affairs and news bulletins in a compelling, professional manner
• Collaborate with producers and editors to create engaging television content
Stay on top of housing trends, events, and developments across Africa.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in broadcast journalism, preferably in news or current affairs
• Strong background in news writing, field reporting, and on-air presentation
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
Experience covering business, housing, or development sectors is a plus
