Job Summary

The Brand Sales Manager will lead the charge in building, positioning, and selling the company’s wine and spirits portfolio. This role combines strategic sales leadership with brand development and visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, managing client relationships, and representing

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales within a dedicated sales channel in order to achieve company sales targets.
  • Spearhead and manage all SKU activations across all sales channels.
  • Running training and a tasty master class for the trade customer on premium spirits.
  • Visit customer’s premises for sales development for assigned product.
  • Planning and executing activations and events to promote the company brand.
  • Develop and manage a unique consumer base in the HORECA, open market, and modern trade segments; approach and promote the given product range; build the sales; and service the customer’s account regularly.
  • Manage customer grievances and follow up with management for resolution.
  • Manage and supervise product activation activities across various channels.
  • Attend activation events when required.
  • Generate and secure potential activation partners.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved on every product and region/key account through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
  • Develop dealer networks in each state as per assigned territory/region and promote them for higher coverage in the assigned state.
  • Develop accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and recommend a sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
  • Monitor stock inventories in alignment with the budget and reorder level for product as well as packaging.
  • Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Initiate and manage Rohstoff Handel university ambassadorship program across all universities in Nigeria


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, premium spirits, or wine and spirits.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer engagement, and channel sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the brand at meetings, trade shows, and events.
