Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and relationship-driven Brand & Partnership Manager to lead our brand strategy and forge powerful collaborations. You’ll be the heartbeat of our brand presence—crafting narratives, building alliances, and amplifying our voice across platforms and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy that reflects our mission and resonates with our audience
- Identify, pitch, and manage strategic partnerships with influencers, creatives, and aligned brands
- Lead campaign development from concept to execution across digital and physical channels
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize for growth and engagement
- Represent the brand at industry events, panels, and activations
You Bring:
- 3+ years in brand management, partnerships, or marketing (beauty/fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- A deep understanding of identity-driven branding and inclusive storytelling
- Strong network in the beauty, fashion, or cultural space
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- A bold, creative spirit with a passion for empowering communities
