Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Auditor role located in Lagos. The Auditor will be responsible for examining financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, inspecting account books and accounting systems, and suggesting ways to reduce costs and enhance revenues. Daily tasks include preparing detailed reports on audit findings, presenting audit findings to management, and ensuring that financial reporting is consistent with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Financial Auditing and Reporting skills
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and General Ledger knowledge
• Understanding of Financial Regulations and Standards
• Analytical and Critical Thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA is preferred
