Area Security Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, taking charge of situations and escalating as necessary.
• Develop and implement effective security strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Ensure all security officers under supervision are properly trained, equipped, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations into incidents, near-misses, and customer complaints, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and control inventory of security equipment, uniforms, and other resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Relevant security experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and incidents effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
