A top interior design firm in Lagos is hiring a
very creative and disciplined architect – with excellent 3D visualization skills and a keen eye for detail. Job Overview Minimum Qualification : Degree Experience Level : Entry/Intermediate level Experience Length : 1-3 years Key Responsibilities

• Concept development for architecture and interior design projects.
• Production of 3D models and renderings for presentations.
• Preparation of detailed working drawings, designs, plans, and schemes, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Animation skills would be a plus.
Work in a dynamic team of designers and other professionals.

Job Requirements

• A minimum requirement of a BSc degree in Architecture.
• Ability to produce high quality, photorealistic architectural/interior still images and animations.
• Ability to use Autodesk Revit and any of Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumion, or any other 3D modeler.
• Ability to create models from floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
• Living in close proximity to Victoria Island and environs for on-time work commute.
• Excellent organizational skills, very disciplined – with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have an analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• A good awareness of design trends.
Able to collaborate and work well with other members of the team.
