Location: Abuja
Qualification: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred)
Experience: 3–5 years working in an architectural firm
Language: Must speak and write English fluently
Professional Membership: Membership in NIA is an added advantage
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
- Capable of handling design and documentation tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Good understanding of the Architect’s Plan of Work
- Ability to coordinate and attend site meetings
- Skilled in reviewing and analyzing architectural drawings and Bills of Quantities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present feasibility studies, concept designs, and detailed construction documentation.
- Apply IT tools effectively in design, project coordination, and collaboration.
- Solve design and coordination issues that arise during project execution.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support negotiations and ensure quality and compliance across project stages
