Job Position: Architect

Role Information
- The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organised structures, up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc.
- Architects will work with engineers, electricians and building contractors to ensure that their designs are safe, functional and meet construction requirements.
Responsibilities
A summary of the role’s responsibilities is as follows:
- To support the creation and development of conceptual designs and ideas.
- Plan, implement and monitor projects from beginning to end.
- Creating work models and modelling for space.
- Working with suppliers to source and procure specs of interior, materials for fittings, furniture, lighting, accessories and decorations.
- Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.
- Proficiency in the use of rendering software such as 3D Max, Lumion, etc.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Experience in building designs and finished works.
- Strong team player.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good Architectural presentation skills.
- Strong technical design skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legal issues associated with the construction industry.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Very good attention to details.
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
