We’re looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects using state-of-the-art AI technologies and make an impact across multiple sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI/ML models for document summarization, intelligent search, conversational agents, and natural language understanding.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases and large language models for improved information retrieval and generation.
- Build and fine-tune models for prediction, classification, named entity recognition (NER), and knowledge graph extraction.
- Deploy and optimize AI models in production environments using FastAPI, LangChain, Hugging Face, ONNX, and LlamaIndex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, code reviews, and model evaluation.
- Support ethical AI practices including privacy-by-design and fairness in decision systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, and Django.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector search systems.
- Knowledge of NLP tools and libraries such as spaCy, Transformers, or NLTK.
- Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes a plus).
- Familiarity with domain-specific data (legal, healthcare, finance, education) is a bonus.
