We are looking for an AI Developer / AI Agent Developer with proven experience in building multi-agentic tools and AI-powered operational workflows. Your mission will be to design, prototype, and optimize AI-powered tools that streamline complex business processes, starting with order-to-fulfillment flows and expanding to broader use cases across our operations.
What You’ll Work On
- Build AI agent-powered tools that automate tasks across multiple departments, from e-commerce order processing to fulfillment and logistics.
- Use vibe coding techniques (chain-of-thought reasoning, autonomous agents, prompt chaining) to prototype automation flows rapidly.
- Identify, prototype, and validate custom workflows before they go into full-stack production development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and edge case testing to ensure seamless integration with ERPNext and Shopify ecosystems.
- Work collaboratively with internal developers and the leadership team to turn prototypes into robust production-ready tools.
Who You Are
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals (Python preferred), with practical experience in AI/LLM prompt engineering.
- You’re comfortable working with multi-agent workflows, autonomous agents, or AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI functions, etc.).
- You have experience iteratively prototyping and validating ideas before committing to full builds.
- You’re proactive, collaborative, and can operate in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: experience in e-commerce, cross-border logistics, or supply chain workflows.

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
