Job Summary
To lead and manage the After-school programme team, providing a safe, engaging and fun environment for pupils, while maintaining high standards of care and education. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the After school programme, including supervising staff, planning activities and ensuring the well-being and safety of pupils.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education , child development or related field
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience working with children in a school or after-school setting.
- First Aid and Safeguarding training.
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
Salary & Benefits: Salary range approximately between N150,000.00 - N250,000.00 monthly gross salary (point on scale determined by skills, knowledge and experience). Benefits include Pension, HMO, Staff bus and Performance Related Bonus.
Start Date: As soon as possible (please note that the client is mindful of the need for appropriate notice if the successful candidate is currently employed).
