We are now looking for an individual with a strong passion for our business, possessing a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities in affiliate communication. A skilled salesperson with excellent people skills, adept at identifying new affiliates and potential traffic sources.

The ideal team member for this role needs to be able to collaborate closely with the digital marketing team. They should stay informed about industry trends, communicate ideas effectively, and excel in an environment that values freedom, responsibility, and constructive discussion. You will serve as a company representative at both local and international industry events, embodying the brand.

About You :

• Experience in affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry, specifically with Nigeria, preferably in the role of an affiliate manager.
• Essential skills involve a passion for negotiation and understanding of gaming, particularly in the realms of betting and iGaming affiliates.
• The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, proficient in internet advertising metrics, conversion rate optimization, financial analysis and digital marketing and affiliate tools.
• Strong negotiation and implementation skills are a must, along with a tenacious and positive attitude that aligns with representing our brand.
Additionally, flexible to attend major gaming events worldwide is crucial for attracting new affiliates, gaining competitive insights, and fostering business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Foster strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners, ensuring top-tier service.
• Collaborate closely with all assigned affiliate partners, proactively addressing their needs.
• Drive acquisition of new affiliate traffic and propose innovative marketing strategies.
• Propose creative ideas to market our brand in the affiliate area (such as marketing campaigns, material or technical solutions)
• Alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive ROI from affiliations and provide regular performance reports.
• Maintain up-to-date affiliate materials, including campaigns, design, and bonus offers.
• Stay informed on legal changes, ensuring compliance among all affiliate partners
• Report on results, performance, and challenges on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis.
• Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up-to-date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links.
Following any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant
