Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Thomas Estate, Ajah.
Salary: ₦70,000 Monthly
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days On site, 2 days Off site.)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support procurement of office supplies and maintain proper inventory records.
- Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive for work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 0 - 1 year experience.
- B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
