Job Description
- We are looking for an Administrative and Procurement Officer with high integrity who can manage procurement processes and oversee administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset within the industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's operational goals.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services necessary for production.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for procurement and administrative functions
- Manage daily administrative operations, including office management and logistics.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and the availability of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and administrative activities.
- Manage building, machines, and vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Lead and mentor the procurement and administrative team, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with policies and prepare reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
