Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Admin & Client Service Assistant in our Abuja office. This is a full-time role for someone enthusiastic about people, operations, and creative spaces. You’ll be the face of the studio, supporting daily admin tasks and ensuring smooth client experiences.
We welcome candidates with limited experience in admin or customer service, - as long as you're organized, teachable, and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the studio schedule, bookings, and calendar (calls, shoots, meetings).
- Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, or phone and maintain polite client communication.
- Support studio team with shoot-day coordination (client refreshments, setup prep, etc.)
- Keep records of bookings, payments, and receipts.
- Organize and file contracts, client forms, and creative briefs.
- Assist with basic Microsoft Office tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Monitor and manage studio supplies and cleanliness.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, teachable, and a client-first mindset
- Basic administrative, studio, or customer service experience (even as NYSC intern or volunteer) is a plus , not a must Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Nice to Have (or Willingness to Learn)
- Familiarity with using Google Drive, Canva, or simple CRM tools
- Knowledge of studio operations or event coordination Social media savviness
