Job Overview:
Our client, a U.S.-based real estate company, is seeking Acquisitions Specialists to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a competitive salary, uncapped commission potential, and all inbound leads provided—no cold calling required.

About the Role:
This is a fully remote, full-time position focused on converting warm, inbound leads into real estate acquisition contracts. No cold calling is required. You'll receive extensive training, consistent lead flow, and unlimited earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert approximately 100 new inbound leads per month into executed contracts.
- Build rapport with sellers, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win deals.
- Conduct follow-ups to maintain relationships and move deals forward.
- Track and manage leads using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain professional communication via phone, text, and email.
- Provide a seamless experience for sellers by guiding them through the process.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in phone sales or real estate acquisitions.
- Strong English communication skills (neutral accent and excellent writing ability).
- Reliable phone and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to efficiently use CRM software, email, and spreadsheets.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and rapport-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Full-time availability (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
- Quiet and professional workspace for handling calls.
