Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations (IFRS/GAAP)
- Handle day-to-day general ledger accounting functions and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and payroll transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or audit environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
