Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to:
- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate record-keeping, cost control, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and collaborating with project managers to optimize financial performance.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll, and assisting with financial audits.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Masters and ICAN or a related Professional Certificate is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Construction Company
- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
