Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Lagos Mainland. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, conducting reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial transaction management, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Strong skills in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring accounting compliance
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
Prior experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
