Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, cashier station, and front-of-house
- Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
