To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a skilled and reliable A/C Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team.
Job Summary:
The A/C Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate should have experience in both split and central units, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance of air conditioning systems to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC systems including compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Monitor and maintain indoor air quality systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Work closely with the engineering and housekeeping departments to minimize guest disruptions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in A/C maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Technical certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to A/C units.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in hot and confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
